For the due process it is necessary to take active approach and file complaints, give evidence proposals, find witnesses, etc. We also lodge legal remedies against judicial decisions, i.e. all kinds of appeals.

Representation of the damaged party. We represent injured persons in court by means of ancillary proceedings, including preparatory procedures and damage claims.

Corporate issues. We can prepare corporate documents for small and medium businesses, namely partnership agreements, business establishment, change of the firm name, establishment of new statutory body, etc.

Contracts and documentation. We prepare or check against potential legal risks the following kinds of contracts: contracts of sale, contracts for work, brokerage contracts, contracts of mandate, contracts connected with business ownership transfer, etc.

Representation in court. We represent our clients in case of recovering of debts, revendication, action for damages, etc.

The price of our legal services is always considered individually. There are several criteria that we take into account: the complexity of the case, its time demands and also financial possibilities of the client. If the client agrees with the prices and conditition, a contract about provision of services is signed. The client is always informed about the expected total costs needed to settle the case. We ask our clients for a deposit of an adequate sum of the expected costs.

In most of the cases, an hourly rate is agreed on with our clients. It ranges from 75 to 150 EUR (100 – 200 USD), depending on the complexity of the case. In some cases it is possible to settle a rate for a completed legal action (e.g. preparing a contract, a complaintor or an appeal). The total costs correlate then with the number of legal acts taken in the case. What is considered a legal action is given by the law, by the so called “lawyer’s tariff”.

JWe also offer services for a fixed rate. This is ideal solution for clients who need legal services regularly (e.g. all kinds of businesses). In this case, the client pays monthly a sum of money according to the expected extent of legal services. The rate is cheaper than in the case of standard hourly rate. In rarer cases, a success fee may be settled. This means that the client pays only if the case is won. The success fee is settled beforehand, either as a fixed sum or as a percentage of the value of the dispute. Two factors are taken into account here: firstly, the value of the dispute, and secondly, the prospects for sucess in the given case.

The above mentioned possibilities may be also combined, e.g. hourly rate may be combined with success fee. The hourly rate is then cheaper than the standard hourly rate and the success is also settled lower.
